The new category recognizes individuals who have had over 15 years of impactful contributions to the outcome-based performance and affiliate marketing industry through their leadership, innovation, and collaboration. Nicky has been shaping the partner marketing landscape for more than two decades, having successfully exited her last affiliate technology business, Income Access, in 2016. Since then, she has continued to contribute to the growth and advancement of the performance marketing industry through the launch of her current company Fintel Connect.
