Once a user applies, Homewise’s technology negotiates with over 30 banks and lenders to match consumers with tailored mortgage options. They are then set up with a personal Homewise Advisor to guide them each step of the way from there – all for free.

The Homewise publisher program provides publishers with tools for success, including quick turnaround times and co-branded landing pages that create a seamless user flow for your audiences.
Homewise program participants can receive a double commission. The first commission, $20 CPL, is issued when the user completes an online application on thinkhomewise.com. The second commission is based on a revenue share model when the mortgage is funded, at 3% of the funded mortgage revenue.
The program is suitable for publishers with an audience of first home buyers or seasoned homeowners looking for new options. Publishers in the personal finance, real estate or home and lifestyle verticals are invited to sign up.
