The Startup Women of the Year Award celebrates female founders who are building ambitious businesses, challenging expectations, and creating a path for the next generation of women entrepreneurs.

Senyard’s recognition reflects more than two decades spent building and scaling technology businesses. She previously founded Income Access, growing the company into a widely adopted affiliate tracking platform before its acquisition in 2016. In 2020, she co-founded Fintel Connect to solve a new challenge: helping financial institutions grow through affiliate marketing while meeting the performance, technology, and content compliance demands of a highly regulated industry.

Under Senyard’s leadership, Fintel Connect has grown into the only affiliate marketing platform, network, and agency built exclusively for financial services, supporting more than 100 banks, credit unions, fintechs, and insurers across North America, including Grasshopper, Scotiabank, and BMO.

The company has continued to expand beyond traditional affiliate program management, developing technology such as Contrôle Fintel, its AI-powered content compliance and brand safety platform, and helping financial brands adapt their acquisition strategies as AI-powered search increasingly influences how consumers discover and evaluate financial products.

“Building a company is rarely a straight line. The milestones that actually mean something are the ones you reach with people who showed up for the hard parts,” said Nicky Senyard, CEO of Fintel Connect. “Being named alongside this group of women founders is a real honour, and one I’m sharing with the team that made it possible.”

The 2026 Startup Growth Awards finalists were announced on September 18. Winners will be revealed and celebrated at the third annual AGAZ Summit on September 21, 2026, where finalists from across Canada’s startup community will be recognized.

À propos de Fintel Connect

Fintel Connect is the leading all-in-one affiliate marketing agency, platform, and network exclusively for financial services.
