Mainvest Affiliate Program

Mainvest is the investment platform for Main Street. Their mission is to empower every American to start, scale, and invest in small businesses. By connecting local entrepreneurs with community investors, they aim to improve access to capital for Main Street businesses, allowing them to build more sustainable businesses while fueling customer loyalty.

Mainvest’s SMB program focuses on businesses raising funds through Regulation Crowdfunding on their platform. RegCF (JOBS Act Title III) allows private businesses to publicly solicit investment from unaccredited investors. Over the course of a 60-90 day campaign, businesses raise funds from friends, family, customers, supporters, outside investors, and from Mainvest’s network of investors.
